Pick up in-store is free of charge.
The shipping is done using the services of POSTI or DHL Express (Home delivery, in Finland).

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope that you'll be thrilled with your products when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on email@example.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your gift box is properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damage may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace products that have been used.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
